Isso mesmo: somos o pa\u00eds com o maior \u00edndice de turnover no mundo \u2014 e a tend\u00eancia \u00e9 que esse cen\u00e1rio se agrave nos pr\u00f3ximos anos.\u00a0<br><br>Os n\u00fameros s\u00e3o claros:<br>* 77% das demiss\u00f5es acontecem antes de completar 1 ano;<br>*  No setor de bares e restaurantes, o turnover chega a 77,6%;<br> * E cada desligamento ap\u00f3s 3 meses de contrata\u00e7\u00e3o pode custar mais de 5 sal\u00e1rios sem a empresa atingir a performance desejada.<br><br>Com a <strong>chegada das novas gera\u00e7\u00f5es ao mercado<\/strong>, mais bem preparadas academicamente e com forte apetite pelo empreendedorismo, a perman\u00eancia no emprego tradicional se torna cada vez mais ef\u00eamera. <br><br>Mas aten\u00e7\u00e3o: reduzir essa quest\u00e3o a um \u00fanico fator \u00e9 n\u00e3o entender a complexidade do problema.<br><br><strong>N\u00e3o \u00e9 <\/strong>apenas<strong> culpa do sal\u00e1rio<\/strong>.<span style=\"font-size:11pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre;white-space:pre-wrap;\"><\/span> N\u00e3o \u00e9 s\u00f3 por causa das <strong>novas<\/strong> <strong>gera\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong>.<span style=\"font-size:11pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre;white-space:pre-wrap;\"><\/span> N\u00e3o tem a ver com o <strong>Bolsa<\/strong> <strong>Fam\u00edlia<\/strong> ou <strong>programas<\/strong> <strong>sociais<\/strong> \u2014 basta olhar para os EUA, onde a alta rotatividade tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 realidade.<br><br>A verdade \u00e9 que estamos lidando com um sistema estruturalmente viciado, r\u00edgido, e que se recusa a se reinventar. Um sistema que muitas vezes ignora o protagonismo das pessoas, trata talentos como recursos descart\u00e1veis e se esquece de que cultura organizacional n\u00e3o se imp\u00f5e \u2014 se constr\u00f3i.<br><br>E \u00e9 por isso que este artigo \u00e9 um convite.<span style=\"font-size:11pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre;white-space:pre-wrap;\"><\/span> <br>Um chamado \u00e0s empresas que hoje s\u00e3o parte do problema, para que tamb\u00e9m sejam parte ativa da solu\u00e7\u00e3o.<br>Se queremos construir neg\u00f3cios sustent\u00e1veis, precisamos reconfigurar o sistema. <br><br>Isso n\u00e3o \u00e9 uma op\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e9 uma necessidade urgente.<br><br><strong>&#8220;Os mesmos problemas de 30 anos atr\u00e1s&#8221;<\/strong><br><br>Certa vez, em uma conversa com um <strong>CHRO(Chief Human Resource Officer)<\/strong> aposentado em Campinas \u2014 um profissional com d\u00e9cadas de experi\u00eancia, que estava voltando a empreender em RH \u2014 perguntei a ele como estava sendo o desafio de empreender nos dias atuais.<br><br>A resposta dele me chocou: \u201cEst\u00e1 f\u00e1cil. Os problemas de hoje s\u00e3o os mesmos de 30 anos atr\u00e1s com nomes novos\u201d<br>Fiquei em sil\u00eancio.<span style=\"font-size:11pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre;white-space:pre-wrap;\"><\/span> <br>Na minha cabe\u00e7a, uma pergunta ecoava:\u00a0 Eles n\u00e3o fizeram nada em 30 anos?<br><br>Essa fala me revelou uma realidade dura: a gest\u00e3o de pessoas, da forma como tem sido feita na maioria das empresas, parece ser um eterno exerc\u00edcio de enxugar gelo.<br><br>Essa sensa\u00e7\u00e3o se intensifica diante de n\u00fameros alarmantes: <strong>em 2024, quase 500 mil afastamentos<\/strong> no Brasil foram registrados por motivos relacionados \u00e0 sa\u00fade mental, mesmo com as empresas importando e usando o que h\u00e1 de mais moderno na gest\u00e3o de pessoas.<br><br>Calma, <strong>n\u00e3o estou colocando a culpa no RH<\/strong>. <br>Pelo contr\u00e1rio, em muitos casos, esses profissionais fazem o que podem, com os recursos, estruturas e prioridades que lhes s\u00e3o impostos.<br>O problema \u00e9 maior. <strong>\u00c9 sist\u00eamico<\/strong>.<br><br>E, como sistema, precisamos atuar de outra forma. Pode n\u00e3o existir uma \u00fanica causa raiz rastre\u00e1vel para o problema \u2014 e, mesmo que exista, ela pode nem estar dentro do seu neg\u00f3cio.<br><br>Segundo a <strong>teoria de sistemas<\/strong>, um sistema \u00e9 composto por <strong>elementos, prop\u00f3sito e interconex\u00f5es<\/strong> (saiba mais <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.estrategiaconcursos.com.br\/blog\/teoria-geral-sistemas\/#\">neste link<\/a><\/strong>). Ele pode ser resultado de uma combina\u00e7\u00e3o de fatores internos e externos \u00e0 organiza\u00e7\u00e3o. <br><br>Entre os motivos que levam um funcion\u00e1rio a deixar seu emprego est\u00e3o: conflito geracional, baixa remunera\u00e7\u00e3o, aus\u00eancia de oportunidades de crescimento, longos deslocamentos, oferta de outro trabalho, m\u00e1 lideran\u00e7a, adoecimento emocional, oportunidades no exterior, desejo de empreender, benef\u00edcios mais atrativos, falta de treinamentos, fechamento da empresa, entre outros. <br><br>Nesse cen\u00e1rio, \u00e9 preciso <strong>aceitar as incertezas e investir em experimenta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, j\u00e1 que n\u00e3o existem respostas \u00fanicas ou definitivas. O contexto complexo, apesar dos desafios, \u00e9 <strong>f\u00e9rtil para ideias inovadoras<\/strong> \u2014 e \u00e9 justamente por n\u00e3o estarem preparadas para isso que muitas empresas falham.<br><br>Como sua empresa pode inovar para enfrentar a rotatividade?<br><br><strong>A inova\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9<\/strong> tanto um <strong>processo social quanto organizacional<\/strong>. Isso significa estruturar a empresa com l\u00edderes preparados, boas pr\u00e1ticas de contrata\u00e7\u00e3o e processos eficazes de tomada de decis\u00e3o, ao mesmo tempo em  que se cria um ambiente
