Da ideia n\u00e3o dita. Do  problema ignorado. Do erro n\u00e3o apontado. Esse \u00e9 o sil\u00eancio que custa  caro \u2014 e muitas empresas ainda n\u00e3o perceberam.  <br>        <br>    <br><strong> O que estamos perdendo quando ningu\u00e9m fala?<\/strong><br>    <br><strong>Culturas organizacionais  marcadas por comando e controle,<\/strong> onde  a hierarquia sufoca o di\u00e1logo e o  medo dita o comportamento, tendem a transformar colaboradores em  espectadores. <br><br>E o que se perde nesse processo? <strong>Muito<\/strong>.<br> Silenciar uma equipe \u00e9  silenciar sua criatividade, sua capacidade  de inovar e, principalmente,  sua habilidade de resolver problemas de forma colaborativa. <br><br>O resultado  direto disso \u00e9 uma empresa mais lenta, menos adapt\u00e1vel e com alto custo  de rotatividade.<br><br><strong>Gera\u00e7\u00f5es que j\u00e1 n\u00e3o aceitam esse modelo<br><\/strong>As novas gera\u00e7\u00f5es,  especialmente Millennials e Gen Z, t\u00eam outra expectativa sobre o  trabalho: querem voz, prop\u00f3sito e seguran\u00e7a psicol\u00f3gica. N\u00e3o encontram  isso em ambientes autorit\u00e1rios e fechados. <br>E  quando n\u00e3o encontram, n\u00e3o  gritam \u2014 apenas v\u00e3o embora em sil\u00eancio.<br><br>\u00c9 a\u00ed que entra o conceito de <strong>\u201cQuiet Quitting\u201d <\/strong>(demiss\u00e3o  silenciosa): colaboradores que continuam no trabalho, mas  emocionalmente j\u00e1 foram embora. Eles fazem apenas o m\u00ednimo, n\u00e3o se  engajam, n\u00e3o contribuem al\u00e9m da obriga\u00e7\u00e3o e evitam qualquer exposi\u00e7\u00e3o  desnecess\u00e1ria. <br>N\u00e3o \u00e9 pregui\u00e7a \u2014 \u00e9 autodefesa. Uma resposta \u00e0 falta de  escuta e abertura das lideran\u00e7as.<br><br>E o oposto tamb\u00e9m acontece:<strong> \u201cSilent Quits\u201d<\/strong>, onde a pessoa continua fisicamente na empresa, mas sai intelectualmente dela, mas sem grandes atritos.  Apenas se desliga.Opera no tanto faz, vira um turnover disfar\u00e7ado, dif\u00edcil de diagnosticar, mas<br> devastador no ac\u00famulo.<br>   <br><strong>O custo real do sil\u00eancio<\/strong><br><br>De acordo com um estudo da Gallup, empresas com baixo engajamento t\u00eam<strong> 18% menos produtividade e 23% mais rotatividade<\/strong> do que aquelas com colaboradores engajados. O Center for American  Progress estima que substituir um colaborador pode custar entre <strong>30% a 213% do sal\u00e1rio anual<\/strong> da pessoa, dependendo do n\u00edvel da fun\u00e7\u00e3o.<br>    <br>Al\u00e9m disso, quando as pessoas n\u00e3o se sentem seguras para falar, <strong>a tomada de decis\u00e3o se torna lenta e ineficaz.<\/strong><br><br>Erros evit\u00e1veis s\u00e3o repetidos, aprendizados s\u00e3o desperdi\u00e7ados, e o  ambiente se torna ap\u00e1tico. O sil\u00eancio n\u00e3o \u00e9 neutro: ele tem um custo  operacional e emocional.<br>    <br><strong>Divertips : Como quebrar o ciclo? Tr\u00eas pr\u00e1ticas simples<\/strong><br>   <br> A boa not\u00edcia \u00e9 que  culturas organizacionais n\u00e3o s\u00e3o imut\u00e1veis. E  pequenas a\u00e7\u00f5es  consistentes t\u00eam o poder de virar esse jogo. Aqui v\u00e3o tr\u00eas pr\u00e1ticas  simples para come\u00e7ar:<br> <br><strong>1. Pergunte mais, com genu\u00edno interesse<\/strong><br>   <br> Troque o \u201ctudo certo?\u201d  autom\u00e1tico por perguntas abertas e aut\u00eanticas como \u201co que voc\u00ea faria  diferente nesse projeto?\u201d ou \u201co que voc\u00ea est\u00e1 vendo que ningu\u00e9m est\u00e1  falando?\u201d. D\u00ea espa\u00e7o para as pessoas pensarem e responderem com  liberdade.<br>    <br><strong>2. Normalize o erro e valorize a vulnerabilidade<\/strong><br>Falar sobre erros com  naturalidade (inclusive os da lideran\u00e7a) cria um ambiente onde falhas  n\u00e3o s\u00e3o vistas como fraqueza, mas como parte do processo de aprendizado.  A vulnerabilidade \u00e9 uma ponte para a confian\u00e7a.<br><br><strong> 3. D\u00ea retorno sobre as ideias, mesmo as n\u00e3o aceitas<br><\/strong> Nada desmotiva mais do que  ser ouvido e ignorado. Quando uma sugest\u00e3o n\u00e3o for implementada,  explique o motivo.
